Anchoring relaxation

Our brain is programmed to make decisions similar to what is already in its data base.

We need to be able to visualise a situation that made us feel uncomfortable, unsafe etc while in a relaxed state. By doing that, we will then ‘associate’ relaxation or feeling safe now with the old ‘scary’ situation.
